Most of us appreciate routines. So, when they get interrupted, we can find ourselves at a loss for what to do. If you find yourself with an imposed time away from your normal schedule (or if you have kids with time off school), here are some non-specific things you should do (or not do)…
- Get regular sleep
- Eat well
- Try social media distancing for a time
- Read the Bible (you can build a plan here)
- Pray
- Don’t read the news all the time
- Make a schedule – even if it’s vague
- Go for a walk outside, if possible
- Phone a friend to chat and pray
- Read a book you’ve been wanting to read
